Le magasin empeste une odeur chimique. J'ai pris un granité mangue noix de coco & j'ai subit la plus grosse intoxication alimentaire de ma vie. Traumatisé, mon corps & mes toilettes s'en souviendront à vie. Je ne recommande surtout pas.
Très bon moment passé à Presotea Côte des neiges. Les baristas Judy & Louis m'ont accueilli les bras ouverts avec un grand sourire. Ils ont préparé ma commande à la perfection & j'en suis sorti comblé. Je suis une adepte des bubble tea, & je connais bien la chaîne presotea. Je dois avouer que celui de côte des neiges surpasse tous les autres magasins ! L'ambiance y est génial & le service est vraiment excellent, rapide & délicieux, je ne suis jamais déçu. Judy connaît parfaitement ma boisson préférée, un grand merci à elle de me faire sentir toujours aussi bien servi !

It was the fastest service I've ever received at a Presotea. The worker, Louis, was amazing - he understood all the modifications I wanted for my drink & handled them with such patience. The whole place was really clean.
The drinks are always fresh, perfectly balanced, & made with care. Judy & Louis were super friendly & welcoming, taking the time to recommend great flavors & customize my order just right. The service was quick, the atmosphere was cozy, & you can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely my new go-to spot for bubble tea!
