Très bon moment passé à Presotea Côte des neiges. Les baristas Judy & Louis m'ont accueilli les bras ouverts avec un grand sourire. Je suis une adepte des bubble tea, & je connais bien la chaîne presotea. Je dois avouer que celui de côte des neiges surpasse tous les autres magasins ! L'ambiance y est génial & le service est vraiment excellent, rapide & délicieux, je ne suis jamais déçu. Judy connaît parfaitement ma boisson préférée, un grand merci à elle de me faire sentir toujours aussi bien servi !

It was the fastest service I've ever received at a Presotea. The worker, Louis, was amazing - he understood all the modifications I wanted for my drink & handled them with such patience. The whole place was really clean.
J'aime beaucoup vos boissons chez Presotea, mais aujourd'hui j'ai été un peu déçue par le frappé fraise-banane : il n'avait presque pas de goût & il restait des morceaux de glace.
Dommage, j'espère que ce sera meilleur la prochaine fois !

C'est mon presotea préféré, le service est toujours rapide & le staff souriant. Les bubbles tea ne m'ont jamais déçu & les billes de tapioca très bonnes. Je recommande à 100% !

Perfect presotea! The employees are very nice & even though there isn't a lot of employees working at the same time, they always manage to work fast during rush hours!☺️// & also look how cute the new cups are😍!!
