I asked to use the washroom, but they did not allow me. A staff member at the front desk was very kind & asked the manager, but the manager told her to prevent me from using the washroom, & she looked angry.

J'ai demandé à utiliser les toilettes, mais ils ne m'ont pas permis de le faire. Une employée à la réception était très gentille & a demandé à la gérante, mais la gérante lui a dit de m'empêcher d'utiliser les toilettes, avec un air fâché.
