Extending the opening hours at Première Moisson is pointless when there's barely anything left by the end of the day - especially during promotions. What's really unacceptable is how often they advertise special offers, only for the promoted items to be completely sold out hours before closing.
This isn't a one-time issue - it happens every single time there's a promotion. It honestly feels like a tactic to get people through the door under false pretenses, knowing that once you've made the effort to come, you'll probably end up buying something anyway. It's frustrating & leaves a bad impression.
The attached photo was taken three hours before closing - nothing left. It's incredibly misleading, & it's hard not to feel taken advantage of as a customer.
Leur gâteaux chocolat blanc pistache & framboise est juste trop bon !! I'll come back for sure !!
The sweets r amazing, coffee, the baked goods as well, the only thing which is not perfect is the seating area, very crowded noisy where u couldn't enjoy ur nice coffee & cake
it cost me 13$+tx for a small bag of 8 almond biscuits. I think it must taste good! But it is very ordinary, no good feedback from my family, neither.
I called this morning & asked for a *Galette des Rois* to be set aside for us for 4:30 PM. They assured me there would be plenty available & that a reservation wasn't necessary. When we arrived at 4:20 PM, the worker told us she had set one aside anyway because they were selling quickly. Excellent customer service!
It's nice that we have one in Kirkland , but after having lunch there i felt grossed out afterwards. Tables are sticky the coffee mug was dirty & you can see that the mug had coffee stains that weren't scrubbed off on the inside. Doesn't feel clean in there. I think it's the last time I order lunch there.
Great food - especially their breads, but they also do coffee, sandwiches & cakes. There are a few small tables to sit & eat if you want.
"The service was okay, but the food was disappointing. The chocolatine had barely any chocolate, making it taste too commercial, & the amandine was overly sweet. The cups we were served were dirty, with sticky handles. Additionally, some employees' clothes were not clean, & the place itself felt untidy. Overall, it was a poor experience, & I won't be coming back."
Bon service avec le sourire. Croissant aux amandes toujours délicieux.
Great pastries & amazing bread! The almond croissant is a party in your mouth. Can't say no to the maple pecan twist or apple danish either!
I want to share my experience about bread. I often buy it there but I will have to look somewhere else. Main reason is that the bread is burned dark brown or black & small in size. I usually buy organic & I visited Atwater Market & Jean Talon market brunches & there is no comparison to the bread they offer in Kirkland & Marche Ouest. It is much smaller . The other brunches have larger bread & nice golden color not dark brown or black . The same goes for organic baguette. I thought it is a temporary issue but it has been like this for months.
