Tout est excellent, la bouffe est super bonne. En revanche,
1- Aucun moyen d'appeler. Le numero sur Google n'a jamais été attribué & sur les applis de livraison il s'agit d'un téléphone personnel qui tombe toujours sur boîte vocale:
2- Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils se mettent en colère quand on demande au livreur de simplement vérifier avec le resto certains details. On s'entend, ce n'est AUCUNE DEMANDE SPÉCIALE, sinon simplement de valider qu'on nous servent tel qu'il est annoncé dans leur menu. La bouffe est bonne, mais on annonce des frites croustillantes & nous ont servi la 1ere fois des frites toutes molles à la base, non pas pcq elles ont été ramollies par la sauce. Ne faut quand meme pas prendre les clients pour des cons ! Aussi, la particularité de leur restaurant est de servir les smoked meat sur un pain doux au lieu du pain de seigle. J'adore!! Mais le souci est qu'on nous sert du pain de seigle!!! 🤷?♂?

3- Leur menu est tres mal affiché sur les plateformes de livraison. Il serait pourtant tellement rapide, facile & efficace d'utiliser les formats misent à la disposition des restaurants pour qu'il soit un peu plus précis tout en éliminant les frustrations & memes les probLes nombreuses demandes spéciales que le restaurant n'accepte pas. Ce qu'ils ne comprennent pas, c'est qu'en ayant un menu mal rendu sur écran, les clients ne peuvent pas, par exemple, choisir leur boisson quand ils prennent un trio. Eh non! Ils ont pourtant un choix très varié, mais dans le menu déroulant, seul est écrit'trio pout reg + breuvage'. Super, d'accord, pourquoi ne pas ajouter juste après la liste des breuvage disponibles & laisser les clients choisir ce qu'ils aiment?? Eh bien non, on vous envoie un breuvage à la tête du client en ligne, c'est à dire toujours un coca cola!!!!
& quand on ose demander au livreur de simplement demander le choix de breuvage ou le pain tel qu'annoncé, ils se mettent en colère!!!
Le restaurant pourrait juste ajouter quelques petits détails à leur menu insuffisant & parfois incompréhensible, & ainsi éviter leurs frustrations & celles des clients!

Cool place to grab a poutine, there are many poutine topping on the menu. Like Italian & chicken. I cant rate Atmosphere i was alone on a Friday around 1 pm. Service & food was good, served freshly cooked & hot.Voir plus

The poutines aren't what they used to be when they first opened. They've been super cheap on the cheese & toppings. Barely any. The sauce didn't taste like anything & was watery. Just a ton of soggy fries. Too bad, won't be returning.Voir plus

We were greeted with a person playing with their hair while enjoying a video chat. The chef was also on their phone. The cellphones being so important that we were served cold poutines that tasted like watery crap. We didn't finish our meals. It was that bad. Also ... so terribly expensive. Otherwise the decor is beautiful. I'm a huge fan of the paper bag planters & I love the press wood look. I'm not going to say « don't go » but do go if you really have no other choice.Voir plus
