Très déçu par mon expérience chez Poulet Royal. Le service client laisse vraiment à désirer : personnel peu agréable, on sent qu'ils se forcent à écouter ou à servir. C'est dommage, car j'étais enthousiaste lors de l'ouverture. Aujourd'hui, je préfère me déplacer vers une autre chaîne pour avoir un meilleur service.

Nous somme arriver 50min avant la fermeture & on nous dit qu'il non plus de friture quand il y a 3 bols plein en arrière rien a comprendre juste un manque de vouloir de la part des employées

Je n'ai vraiment pas l'habitude de rédiger des commentaire mais le service était ordinaire, difficile d'avoir un bonjour. On a fait 40 min de route pour goûter au poulet frit mais rendu sur places, elle nous a dit qu'elles ne faisais pas de friture tandis qu'il y avais des clients qu'ils mangeais des poulets frit dans le restaurant. Nous avons également vu les poulets en arrière qui pouvais facilement être mis dans l'huile. Je trouve ça vraiment dommage qu'on a fait 40 min de route pour finalement rien prendre car elles voulais sûrement finir plus tôt le travail cependant nous avons arriver 45 min avant la fermeture donc nous aurions pu être servis comme n'importe quel client. Merci de prendre en considération mon commentaire & j'espère que ça ne va plus arriver à d'autre client car ça fait perdre des ventes.

Made an order of two chicken sandwiches on combo, they didn't give me the fries, the sandwiches were very small & normal, for a'Nashville chicken' it wasn't spicy, definitely had higher expectations but I was so disappointed.

I really love this location because it has a huge assortment of selections for us. No matter who you are, you will find a great option that works for you here. The general vibe is highly positive, friendly, & sociable. The help is quick & always provided nicely. I will certainly be back in the future to see what else is left.
