Staff toujours super gentil à chaque fois que j'y vais. Jsuis arrivé par accident avant l'heure d'ouverture & j'ai remarqué après. L'employé à la caisse m'a quand même accueilli avec le sourire & m'a laissé acheter mon bol sans me dire de revenir à l'ouverture (ce qui aurait été totalement ok de sa part!). Les boys qui sont là sont excellents malgré qu'un jeune d'est fait ramassé par un client grincheux & ce n'était pas de sa faute (j'étais témoin ainsi que d'autres clients), le jeune a très bien su gérer malgré son jeune âge.
Bravo l'équipe.
Message au proprio: prenez soin de ces jeunes.
Service rapide, mais la portion de poulet que j'ai eu est ridicule. Si je n'avais pas pris takeout, je serai retournée les voir! Je devais avoir 3 morceaux de poulet, j'ai eu 6 minuscule bouts de poulet. C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive dans une succursale. Je serai hésitante à y retourner.
I don't know how the service may have been in the past but as of 6/10/25 my experience has been the best out of all the poulet rouge locations I've been to. Great bowl portions, they don't cheap out & ask if you're satisfied with the toppings amount.

Recently ordered via uber eat a bowl that's supposed to come with 4 pieces of chicken & got 2.5 piece. Ridiculous. It's not the first time I've noticed they forget to put the 4th piece either.
Lowering my rating from 5 to 2 stars for malpractice.
[original review] I was looking for a chicken place & got enticed by the healthily options & the items being priced fairly. I went there & it happened to be opening day with extra staff & music & clients. I hope the service will stay the same later on.
Oh & the choco bites were quite delicious (same for the meal actually)
