Malgré l'achalandage, service rapide & efficace & bonne nourriture. Caissière patiente même si c'était la 1ère fois qu'on venait & qu'on ne connaissait pas les choix! Par contre, faire attention avec les ustensiles en bois qui cassent facilement 🤦‍♀️

Je tiens à remercier l'équipe! Le livreur d'Uber a malheureusement livré ma commande à la mauvaise adresse! Rapidement j'ai été contacté par Poulet Rouge désirant trouver une solution! Ils ont préparé la commande & livré eux-mêmes en peu de temps! Un énorme merci!! Vous avez à coeur la satisfaction de vos clients!! (Je n'ai pas l'habitude d'écrire des commentaires, mais celui-ci était plus que nécessaire!) Encore une fois, bravo & merci pour tout :)

Très bon repas, & bonne équipe cordiale & efficace ! Le seul truc qui m'a dérangée, au point de gâcher mon expérience, est la musique. Elle était beaucoup trop forte. On devait presque crier pour commander notre repas & communiquer nos choix. & c'était juste la musique de dance floor (Please don't stop the music, gimme more, starship, etc.). Le pire c'est qu'un moment donné quelqu'un a augmenté le volume. C'était agressant & inapproprié pour un restaurant. T'sais, je veux juste commander & manger; pas clubber. Je voulais partir le plus rapidement possible. J'ai quitté à la moitié de mon repas. C'est une place à éviter le moindrement que l'on a mal à la tête ou que l'on n'est pas en forme. C'est overwhelming. C'est dommage parce que j'aime beaucoup leur formule & leur nourriture !
