I went to Poulet Rouge today & as I was walking home, the rain soaked through the bag & it ripped - my food fell all over the sidewalk. I went back to the restaurant, & the staff were absolutely amazing. The person I spoke with was so polite, kind, & respectful. They made me a fresh meal right away with no hesitation. Everyone there was so nice!
The food is always fresh, the portions are great, & the prices are very reasonable. Truly a 10/10 experience every time. Thank you, Poulet Rouge, for your excellent customer service! ❤?

& sans étonnement, c'est pas tous les employés qui portent le net à cheveux & le filet a barbe correctement. selon les normes du quebec. Un peu d'ajustement /révision s'impose.
Outre le fait que la bouffe est tout simplement délicieuse, les employés sont aussi vraiment sympathique & efficace. Je ne sais pas qui est en charge de l'embauche mais clairement, vous faites bien ça! Toujours un plaisir de me faire servir à cette succursale ❤? 10/10

La nourriture était bonne, le poulet très bon, bien cuit & bien saucé ( marinés).
La sauce chipotle, une bonne surprise, un mixe sucrée/salé/épicé. Un vrai régal !
Les légumes & l'accompagnement ( riz pour ma part ) étaient très bon & bien cuit.
Je ne peux noter l'ambiance car j'ai effectué une commande via une application.
4 bols bbq & shisha. Recu 4 x volcano. Certain filets de poulet a peu pres pas cuit... deuxieme fois a ce poulet rouge & il n'yen aura pas de troisieme. Dommage, j'adore poulet rouge mais pas celui la
