This is the best Poulet Rouge location. Their bowls are the best I've had from Poulet Rouge. In addition, their service is excellent. I had an issue with an uber order & Uber was useless, so I called the restaurant & they fixed my order & gave me some free goodies.

This will be the location I order from permanently!

I paid $20 for a bowl & got exactly THREE tiny pieces of chicken). The portion size for the price is completely ridiculous.
To make matters worse, the customer service was awful. The cashier completely failed to apply my discount before I paid. Even though it was entirely her fault & she admitted it, she flat-out refused to fix it or give me my discount after the transaction went through. Zero effort to resolve her own mistake.
Save your money & go somewhere that actually gives you a decent portion of protein & decent service. I won't be back.

This was a busy spot when I stopped in for dinner around 430 or 5 on a Wednesday. But they move pretty quick & I wasn't waiting long at all. Staff were nice & it was pretty clean behind the counter from what I seen. I tried a lemon chicken bowl. I liked the amount of options available for building yoir bowl. Overall was great here & the food wss very good for fast food.

Pretty good overall, with fair portions. Employees were very patient, especially since we ordered six bowls. Not the best location, but definitely not bad.

Great place for a quick lunch, it's like Chipotle style tipe of service, you pick your toppings from the counter & choice of protein with base, either rice, quinoa or lettuce. I was impressed with the competense of the staff, they didn't mess up my order even though it was packed, they were serving like 20 people all at once. The poke style bowl was huge, I could barely finish it, it was all fresh & healthy ingredients. 1.50$ extra for the guack & it's very tasty, 38$ with tip for the both of us. If you're looking for a fast, healthy & casual stop for a quick bite this is the place.

The chicken was really flavourful. The bowls are a great combination. Only one thing about this location is that the air conditioning wasn't working.
