I order from Poulet Rouge every Tuesday after work. When I arrive to pick up my order the staff always greets me with the most genuine smile, ask me how I am & makes a little convo while I wait.

Last week for the first time ever, they made a mistake in my order. I called & they told me that when I come for my weekly order that I'd get a free bowl. I came, they recognized me right away, took care of it & even added in two free drinks to make up for it.

A beautiful team & atmosphere. I'm sure they bless the food with all their love.

Un tres bon service avec un personnel sympa & gentil, je suis arrivé hier a quelque minutes avant la fermeture mais on m'a quand-meme accueilli & servi avec un sourire, je recommande fortement.
