I ordered 2rouge bowls, one was decent with the garnishes but the other one was just few tomatoes & few cucumbers cubes & the lemon chicken was really salty. I know poulet rouge has become very popular but don't let the good standards fade away. I am disappointed because it is one of the only food delivery that I chose to have.

First time trying Poulet Rouge. Fries (I had poutine) were a little undercooked. Chicken was good. Did not care for the sauce on the poutine but that is just a taste thing. It was very busy & staff were very hard-working & pleasant. I was told to try it again with rice & other sides & I will definitely give it another try at my local Poulet Rouge. It's a huge hit with many friends.

Positif : La nourriture est très bonne comme dans les autres restaurant poulet rouge & ils sont beaucoup en cuisine donc ça roule vite. Très content de la variété des légumes disponible. Négatif : Ce n'est pas tous les employés qui comprennent le français à cet emplacement. Il y a +/- 10 ingrédients dans les choix & certains ne les connaissent pas en français, c'est pas mal la base pour pouvoir servir un client.. Ça fait plusieurs fois que ça arrive avec des employés différents, ce n'est pas normal. Aussi, les ustensiles en bois c'est vraiment 0. C'est rugueux & désagréable à utiliser. J'ai déjà vu dans d'autres restaurants rapide des ustensiles à base de mais qui étaient beaucoup plus lisses & plaisant à utiliser, peut être que ça serait une bonne idée de les essayer?
