They were super helpful & always make my bowl perfectly. Kenza at the front in particular was very nice & helpful. She's clearly very knowledgeable. Always good service here

Entre le manque de professionnalisme du personnel & le traitement préférentiel accordé à certains clients, l'expérience a été très décevante.

La caissière nous coupait constamment la parole sans même nous laisser terminer notre commande. De plus, un employé s'est mis à crier sur des enfants qui commandaient calmement ils ne faisaient que dire ce qu'il voulait dans son bol poulet rouge. Ce qui est particulièrement dérangeant, c'est que ce même employé avait offert un service irréprochable à une cliente plus âgée quelques minutes auparavant.

Voir ce changement de comportement envers un enfant, qui ne comprenait visiblement pas pourquoi on lui parlait de cette façon, était vraiment attristant. Le tout s'est déroulé sous les yeux du gérant, qui n'est pas intervenu pour encadrer son équipe.

La nourriture est toujours bonne. Je dois mentionner que malgré qu'il y a toujours une longue file, il y a toujours beaucoup d'employés & ils sont tous super gentil & ils prennent le temps nécessaire pour aider tout le monde
