This particular location has very little atmosphere as it's located in the food court of les galeries d'anjou, so don't take that as a negative against the restaurant itself. For the food, the veggies are always fresh crunchy, the sauces are each unique & tasty & the bases are a good addition. However, quite often the chicken is over cooked & on the dry, tough side, rather than tender. The sauces used to flavour the chicken are hit & miss as far as actually being able to taste the differences between them. On the upside, the service is always quick & efficient. When there's a queue, you won't be waiting long.

Perfect spot. The staff are super generous with portions & have never messed up my order. They're always friendly & sometimes even throw in extras. 10/10 food, 10/10 location. Easily the best Poulet Rouge, my favourite one.

I've ordered from Poulet Rouge hundreds of times over the years, but lately the chicken's been dry & the portions feel smaller . mostly rice with fewer veggies & toppings. It was good while it lasted.

Quoi dire le L'équipe!!! Des jeunes motivés avec un esprit d'équipe grandement ressentie!! On a l'impression qu'ils sont une grande famille! Je les apprécie énormément! Habitante dans le coins & allant souvent au galerie danjou, c'est bien de voir qu'il n'y a pas de roulement de staff! Cela veut dire qu'ils sont bien & motivés à travailler! Le service IMPECCABLE, l'ambiance FORMIDABLE, & la nourriture ON POINT!
