Je suis une cliente régulière & je viens au moins 4x par semaine & d'habitude, le service est exceptionnel, mais aujourd'hui j'ai été déçu. Je laisse toujours un pourboire au personnel & je demande toujours de rajouter un peu plus de fromage dans mon mini bol. Aujourd'hui l'employé m'a dit que ça comptait comme un quatrième ingrédient & je lui ai dit que je viens à presque tous les jours & qu'ils me rajoutent toujours l'ingrédient que je veux de plus. Il m'a mentionné que je pouvais pas & que je dois payer. Tant qu'à ça, je vais pas donner de tips pis ça revient au même! Très déçue

Ah lala poulet rouge mon actuel craving de femme enceinte honnêtement bravo à tout les employés pendant les rush malgré les commende Uber qui rentre la rapidité est incroyable à souligner car hier il y avais une 10aine de commende à l'intérieur & environ une 15aine en Uber & malgré tout nous avons reçu notre commende en moins de 10min côté staff 9/10 car malheureusement partout il en a toujours un qui a l'air moins content d'être la sinon le poulet toujours juteux les aliments toujours frais bravo à tous & bravo au patron aussi car les employés on l'air bien & toujours accueillant & souriant

Je tip toujours le personnelle & je demande qu'il me mettent un peu plus de sauce & il me dit faut je paye l'extra rendu la je tip plus zéro gratitude ! Ça va me couter moins cher rendu la !

Ma première visite fut une révélation pour mes papilles gustatives, wow !!!! Cuisson parfaite du poulet a la saveur demandée cuit avec amour par le chef au commende du grill B.B.Q. YVES . La fraîcheur des légumes est toujours au rdv . & bien sûr services rapide & courtois .
