Le concept est super de choisir 7 salade & la sauce avec le riz & le poulet, service super rapide malgré le grands nombre des clients, très bon & super choix pour les petites & grandes faims. Je me suis régalé, je recommande.

J'ai commandé sur Uber & le livreur m'a apporté la mauvaise commande. Le temps que je lui dise & que je lui remette le sac, il m'a dit qu'il avais déjà punché ma commande & qu'il ne la voyais plus, qu'il va repasser la commande & que quelqu'un va la livrer.

Après un certain temps, pas d'update de Uber, rien... Je décide alors d'appeler Poulet Rouge directement pour savoir si ils ont eu l'update pour finalement me rendre compte que non!

La fille qui m'a répondu était géniale, elle a pris action tout de suite & a envoyé son livreur me porter la commande. Le livreur est arrivé vite & avec le gros sourire, ils m'ont même mis une boisson & des desserts de plus, gros wow!!! Quant au livreur Uber, il a cashé son tip & sa livraison & s'est fait un lunch pas à lui gratuit? Insultant & dégeulasse!

Prochaine fois, je vais clairement appeler Poulet Rouge directement, ils sont tellement sympathiques & s'occupent de leurs clients comme j'ai rarement vu, beau travail & un énorme merci la gang, vous êtes super! En plus, votre bouffe est super bonne!

Bien que la cuisine soit excellente, il n'y a que très peu de personne assis dans la salle à manger. Le restaurant est tellement occupé qu'il a une file jusqua la porte dentree & il est super difficile d'atteindre l'endroit pour les commandes en ligne... Quand tu finis par trouvé elle est ou ;)

Je voulais remercier la gérante qui était présente jeudi le 30 avril 2026 en soirée. Elle a été extraordinaire avec moi & ma problématique avec mon bon d'achat Rabais Choc. Elle m'a fait confiance & je suis retourné comme convenu le lendemain pour régler la situation. Elle n'était pas présente mais les employés sur place ont fait preuve de professionnalisme. Merci énormément & merci pour votre confiance. Ça fait du bien de voir qu'il y a encore des gens comme toi. Merci a toute l'équipe.

La nourriture est très bonne.
La musique était un peu forte mais ça faisait ambiance festive pour un vendredi soir.
