Nous sommes des clients réguliers de Poulet rouge & parmis toutes les succursales que j'ai fait, c'était malheureusement la moins satisfaisante.. très peu généreux en sauce & en garniture, erreurs dans notre commande, ralentissement car ils ont dû recommencer 2 plats sur 6. Le gérant était très aimable & le personnel gentil, mais c'est juste pas uniforme au niveau des standards de qualité qu'on retrouve ailleurs : Saint-Jérome (EXCELLENT!!), Espace Montmorency (Excellent!), Carrefour Laval (Bien), Terrebonne (Super!), Côté-des-neiges (Super!).

Le service est bon, le restaurant est propre & il y avait une belle musique, la seule chose que je n'ai pas beaucoup apprécié c'est la nourriture qui était froide & une quantité insuffisante. J'aimerai bien que vous portiez attention à mes remarques pour les prochaines fois. Merci beaucoup!

Après une erreur lors de l'emballage de notre commande, on s'est ramasser avec la commande d'un autre client. Un simple appel au resto & ils ont corrigé l'erreur super rapidement! Ça faisait un bout que j'avais pas eu un bon service client de même! Excellent service, super bouffe, 11/10 ✨
