Le service à la clientèle est bon mais le bol était littéralement à moitié rempli (c'est la moitié de la portion que n'importe quel autre Poulet Rouge à Laval donne), ce qui est bizarre car le garçon en face de moi s'était fait remplir son bol à lui (il semblait connaître l'employé qui préparait les bols). Avec les prix qui augmentent, il faudrait plutôt augmenter les portions pour tous & non le contraire ;)
Good service, delicious food, & beautiful location! I tried this location today instead of going to my usual Poulet Rouge & it was great! I didn't expect a kind & enthusiastic welcome. I wasn't sure about the new sauce & was offered to try it & they even showed me that I can still get my old favourite sauce (Hot Chili)! Would definitely come back~ Thank you again for a great service!
3oz chicken with Rice,salads,cheese is very expensive,it socks,the picture looks better chicken breast,what you get is very small & mean,stingy,I always tell my friends.

Lors de ma première commande dans ce restaurant, & ça serait la dernière. j'ai demandé au caissier de modifier ma commande en passant d'une mini bol à une grande bol . Cette demande, pourtant simple, a été refusée car c'est déjà saisi dans le système, n'importe quoi !. Le service était peu professionnel & le manque de flexibilité a rendu mon expérience très désagréable.
J'espère que vous prendrez ce message en considération afin d'améliorer votre service à la clientèle.
