Lors de ma première commande dans ce restaurant, & ça serait la dernière. j'ai demandé au caissier de modifier ma commande en passant d'une mini bol à une grande bol . Cette demande, pourtant simple, a été refusée car c'est déjà saisi dans le système, n'importe quoi !. Le service était peu professionnel & le manque de flexibilité a rendu mon expérience très désagréable.
J'espère que vous prendrez ce message en considération afin d'améliorer votre service à la clientèle.
À la base les serveurs de portais pas des gant de travail & il a été irrespectueux avec moi au moment j'étais entrais de lui parler il m'a laisser & partir faire autre choses & il m'a chargé 2$ de plus sur ma commande
