The women at the cash was really sweet & accommodating. My preference is always half quinoa half lettuce & some places don't accept to mix but she immediately told me yes with a big smile

Très mauvais service le 6 Juin 2026, a au moins 10 minutes de la fermeture, le caissier a eu un commentaire en arabe envers moi avec ses collègues, disant que j'étais lent, il restait 10 minutes pour la fermeture, mais il semblait avoir qu'une chose en tête, fermer avant l'heure, très regrettable pour la franchise, fréquentant d'autres poulet rouge, cet franchise de carrefour Laval ne reflète pas du tout le service que je reçois d'habitude !!

Chicken portion are like 50% their normal size. Asked the staff about it & they said it was normal… Poulet rouge is a hard pass for me now. Put your money elsewhere.

J'ai prix un bol poulet volcano.
On m'a donné poulet BBQ ?! OK PAS DE PROBLÈME mais tu me donne le poulet cru ??
Regardez ce qu'on vous donne.
Je suis client fidèle mais le restaurant du carrefour Laval faut revoir le Mr a la grillade (pas l'africain mais l'autre je pense tunisien ou libanais)
