Le personnel a offert un excellent service & a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme. Lors de ma commande, malgré qu'ils étaient déjà en fin de service, j'ai été très bien servi.J'avais commandé un petit bol &, au lieu de gaspiller de la nourriture, ils ont ajouté une portion plus généreuse, ce que j'ai trouvé très attentionné.Pendant l'attente, j'ai remarqué à quel point l'équipe est sérieuse concernant le nettoyage : la salle à manger était impeccable, les plats étaient propres & tout était frais.Bref, excellente expérience. 10/10, je recommande !!!!

J'adore normalement cet endroit, mais j'ai été très déçu aujourd'hui.

Je suis un client régulier au Poulet Rouge de Delson. Le service est habituellement rapide, sympathique, & les bols sont toujours excellents. L'équipe habituelle est vraiment top.

Aujourd'hui, un nouvel employé semblait complètement dépassé. Il m'a pressé durant toute la commande, répétant mes garnitures à voix haute de façon agressive (« jalapenos, jalapenos, ensuite ?! »), & a fini par mal faire ma commande - tout comme celle du client devant moi. J'avais l'impression de négocier dans un bazar, pas de commander un bol.

La gérante a été très professionnelle & m'a offert un dessert en s'excusant, ce que j'ai apprécié. Mais l'expérience en général était chaotique & franchement désagréable. Je comprends qu'on peut tous avoir une mauvaise journée, mais un minimum de calme & de formation est essentiel en service à la clientèle. J'espère que ce n'était qu'un cas isolé.
