Accueil médiocre & service en dessous de tout. J'ai dû attendre plus de 20 minutes avant d'être servi. On m'a remis un plateau sale qui n'avait visiblement pas été lavé. J'ai également vu des employés manipuler la nourriture avec leurs mains, ce qui est inacceptable en matière d'hygiène.
De plus, j'ai payé pour un supplément de poulet, mais je n'ai reçu que la portion régulière. Enfin, ils sont vraiment très radins sur les portions de sauce. Une expérience très décevante que je ne recommande pas.

J'adore le Poulet Rouge, par contre à cet location j'ai été déçu de deux choses la grosseur de la portion qui étais significativement plus petite que les autres fois que je suis allé & le fait que je prend l'extra avocat & que celle-ci goûte le périmé. J'adore encore cette chaîne de restaurant je suis seulement déçu de ma dernière expérience

Excellente expérience chez Poulet Rouge à Brossard ! La poutine était délicieuse, bien préparée & généreuse. Un grand merci à Merouane & Amar pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse & leur excellent service. Ils étaient souriants, professionnels & très attentionnés. C'est agréable d'être servi par une équipe aussi sympathique. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !
