Excellente expérience chez Poulet Rouge à Brossard ! La poutine était délicieuse, bien préparée & généreuse. Un grand merci à Merouane & Amar pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse & leur excellent service. Ils étaient souriants, professionnels & très attentionnés. C'est agréable d'être servi par une équipe aussi sympathique. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Je viens régulièrement chez Poulet Rouge & je suis toujours satisfait. Le poulet est parfaitement cuit, les ingrédients sont frais & les portions sont généreuses. Le personnel est très accueillant, poli & efficace, même pendant les heures de pointe. Le restaurant est propre & le service est rapide. On sent que l'équipe met de l'effort pour offrir une belle expérience à chaque visite. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui veulent bien manger !

Bad experience today july 15 th at solar uniquartier. They charged me regular price instead of'2 pour un' & realised it only after 30 minutes but they refused to reimburse me. Here is the picture of the receipt, the employee was quite rude & inconsiderate, no customer service & consideration for customers! Very frustrated & disappointed.

Le meilleur emplacement de la franchise. Les employés sont formidables, courtois & aux petits soins des clients. À chaque fois que nous visitons ce Poulet Rouge , l'acceuil est chalereux , l'endroit propre, portions genereuses. Un exemple d'un service à la clientèle hors pairs (venant de clients stricts & exigeants). 20 sur 10.
