Very disappointed with this restaurant. The service was slow & unprofessional, & we had to wait a long time without any explanation. The food arrived cold & had no taste, definitely not worth the price. The place wasn't very clean either. Honestly, I don't recommend it & I won't be coming back.

I'm a big fan of their chicken karaage, especially when it's paired with the sweet?&?chili sauce-it's the perfect combo. I've also tried their taro drink, which was really tasty. Honestly, I could eat their food all the time. I usually order through Uber Eats, but I've visited their location before, & the atmosphere is really nice too.
Next time will see my person having food as I was made aware that the poke balls are so good, tasty & some of them are even delivered as a monster size dish. I cannot wait!

J'ai payé environ 40$ pour un bol qui était rempli à peine à 30%, & l'extra que j'avais payé n'était même pas inclus dans la commande. Pour ce prix, je m'attendais à une portion normale & complète.
J'ai pris des photos comme preuve. J'ai contacté Uber pour signaler le problème, mais ma demande de remboursement a été refusée.
La qualité & la portion ne justifient absolument pas le prix payé. C'est dommage, car ce genre de situation fait perdre confiance aux clients.
Je partage mon expérience pour que les autres clients soient informés.
Dimanche dernier, je suis allée au Pokémonster & j'ai consommé un poké bol au saumon. Le lendemain matin, j'ai fait une grosse intoxication alimentaire. J'ai été très malade pendant trois jours, & honnêtement, c'est la pire intoxication alimentaire que j'ai vécue.
Je laisse ce commentaire surtout par souci de santé & de sécurité. J'espère sincèrement que les propriétaires porteront une attention particulière à la fraîcheur & à la manipulation des aliments, car la santé des clients est primordiale.
Ce n'est vraiment pas dans mes habitudes de me plaindre, mais je me sens obligée de partager mon expérience.
