I highly recommend it. In my opinion, the only issue was the restrooms. They were not really up to the standard of a star-rated restaurant ,neither clean nor well maintained.
We had a great evening with good food amd excellent service.
The Salmon Tatar was well balanced in flavour & the steak was cooked beautiful as it was ordered.
The atmosphere has some special vibe to it & was nice. Open & spacious but still cosy of some sort.
I can absolutely recommend this place.

This place is awesome.
First of all, when you walk in the restaurant is really beautiful. You can tell someone spent a very long time designing every little thing about this place.
Second, the service was top notch. This is not a michelin star restaurant, but the service is about as close as you can get.
Third, the food. I got the beef tartare & the canard a l'orange (duck). Both items were insanely tasty with beautiful presentation. Better yet, french restaurant are renown for small portions, but not here. The portions were quite filling, especially at the prices they charge.

Jean-Michel fait partie de l'âme de ce resto. J'y vais seulement les jours / soirs quand je le vois travailler. Ça serait pas pareil sans son service & son attitude positive & accueillante qui font un tel bon vibe.
PS. Propriétaires - prenez note.
Food was phenomenal, I highly recommend the devilled eggs & scallop ceviche. Service was excellent as well!
A great find. Michelin recommended is a bonus. We had gougères, veal tartare (one of the standouts),coquilles St-Jacques (scallops in a potato puree), razor clams (also memorable), the blood pudding tarte tatin (not for everyone, but very French!) & the roast beef dish that looked almost too pretty to eat. I also highly recommend the Paris-Brest.
The staff are very friendly & attentive. Fantastic cocktails & a good wine list. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a delicious dinner.
Un lunch absolument parfait au restaurant Place Carmin avec 8 collègues. Tout était au rendez-vous : un service attentionné, fluide malgré notre groupe, & une ambiance vraiment agréable. Les plats étaient délicieux, bien présentés & servis au bon rythme. On sent que tout est bien orchestré en cuisine comme en salle. Une très belle expérience, on y retourne sans hésiter. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I ordered an Amaro NOA but it was too sour to my liking but the food was very good. We ordered the bone marrow & it was really generous just like what I saw from other reviews. I have the duck for main dish. They smelled so good when they came & some of our parties ordered the flank steak & they said it was very very good. We pretty much cleaned up all the food. For desserts we have the Paris Brest & crepe sucette. Although the crêpes are served in a Parisienne style that they made a flame with the Grand Marnier, I still enjoyed so much more of the Paris Brest in hazelnut cream, not too sweet & it's just right.
5 stars for the food & excellent service. Not satisfied with the drinks. Special thanks to my server during yesterday lunch when I asked for the orange duck & she ask for a favor from the kitchen to make it for us. Thank u!!! 🤍🤍🤍
