Service was great & atmosphere too. Unfortunately Brunch was very disappointing. Can you imagine going to a brunch & having the full table being hungry at the end of their meal ? So disappointed. The plates was so empty..

Une salle privée nous avait été réservée au 2ème étage afin de souligner l'anniversaire d'un ami. Un cocktail & de petites bouchées nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Par la suite, une table d'hôte super généreuse était offerte avec un choix de 3 menus. Superbe présentation & les aliments parfaitement cuisinés. Le service a été impeccable. Merci à toute l'équipe.
Excellent restaurant pour un événement de groupe privé! La nourriture était délicieuse & le service était attentionné & efficace. La salle privée était superbe avec une belle ambiance. Je recommande fortement Place Carmin pour leur organisation parfaite pour les événements privés!
Fantastic food & incredible service. If you have a large group, highly recommend the tasting menu where you get to try all of the popular dishes. Jean Michelle was our server & he was very kind to our group + great about answering the questions we had.
On a fêté les 30 ans de ma grande amie ici. Menu 5 services pour 90$. Le service était vraiment impécable, merci 💕✨🍸 puisque nous étions in grand groupe, le pouboire était ajouté automatiquement, mais c'était inscrit dans le contrat initial!

I got really nice experience here. The restaurant atmosphere is nice. Environment is quiet & the service is good. Orange duck & the fillet are awesome, & I really love the scallop which is really refreshing. Other dishes are good as well. The price match the quality of their food. Wait time is not so long. Strongly recommended. I will revisit this restaurant if I come to Montreal again.
Un très bon restaurant, avec un très joli cadre ! J'ai jamais goûté des champignons aussi délicieux ! Je les recommande fortement ! La crème brûlée était trop bonne & les quantités très généreuses.

The food tastes good, but the amount of protein is ridiculously tiny, as is the desserts. The current trend of not raising prices any further (which have already increased a lot over the past five years) but instead reducing portion sizes-especially for meat, fish, & even desserts-is unpleasant.
After I went there yesterday I can definitely say that it's my favorite restaurant in Montreal.
I went there to celebrate a special occasion for two & our table was a bit surrounded by others so I asked on reception to move us, & they did!
The evening was amazing. Cocktail that I had had a rich taste & classic french elegance. We ordered a fish for two & the portions didn't disappoint.
I would strongly recommend this place to everyone!!

Some of the worst coffee I've had in a restaurant. It was somehow both sour & very bitter at the same time (coffee nerd). I wasn't able to drink it.
The scrambled eggs I think could have been good. The truffle seemed hidden & the cold soft cheese really threw off the temperature as it wasn't cooled with the eggs. I'm also a fan of soft cooked scrambled eggs but something seemed off to me.
I had high hopes for this meal but was disappointed.
The restaurant is very beautiful & I did have excellent service so no complaints there.
This was our favourite meal of our trip. We went to Modavie the day before & I was just so disappointed with the food there.
Definitely recommend trying Place Carmin out. Our favourite was the blood pudding tatine & duck orange. So so good! Will definitely come back when we visit Montreal again.
