Client habituel du take out & des conseils des nouveauté. Deception du service & des conseils du nouveau menu erroné. Apres avoir demandé si la pizza était épicée, elle m a confirmé que non . Quand je lui mentionne que je ne tolères pas l épicée.
Service inexistant a part a notre arrivée avec l hôte

J'avoue être particulièrement déçue de ce restaurant depuis quelque temps. Cela fait maintenant deux fois que nous commandons pour trois personnes & que la commande est'annulée'. La commande est passée, le paiement aussi, mais 1h30 passe & toujours pas de pizzas. Nous recevons un texto disant que la commande était annulée (après 1h20 d'attente). Nous appelons afin d'obtenir des informations en gardant un ton courtois, mais nous nous faisons repondre par un ton sarcastique. Pour un restaurant de ce genre, nous nous attendons à un service respectueux. La pizza est bonne, certes, mais le service ne donne plus envie d'y retourner. Grandement déçue de leur personnel. Donc, en ce beau vendredi de fin août, nous avons commandé à 17h13 & avons souper à 20h !

Nous sommes allées souper ma mère & moi mardi soir passé & non seulement le repas & le vin étaient délicieux, mais surtout l'expérience globale a été parfaite grâce au super service de Raphaël. Tellement gentil, poli & professionnel. Merci pour avoir fait de notre sortie mère-fille un moment des plus agréable!:)
