On a appeler pour une commande pick up la jeune fille nous parle avec un ton irrespectueux en plus elle n'a même pas voulu prendre notre commande après avoir étais la bas à plusieurs reprises pour ma part c'est une déception totale

Très mauvaise expérience. Après avoir laissé un avis négatif mais honnête, le restaurant a commencé à annuler mes commandes sur DoorDash. J'ai également reçu un message sur l'emballage de ma commande faisant référence à mon commentaire !! .
Le plus choquant, c'est que mon avis a été publié sur Google, mais le restaurant a ensuite pris des mesures contre moi sur DoorDash. Lorsque j'ai appelé pour demander des explications, on m'a répondu que c'était leur politique. Donc, selon eux, un client qui laisse un avis négatif peut être pénalisé & privé de service. C'est une pratique inacceptable, contraire à tout esprit de service à la clientèle, & cela donne l'impression que les avis sont tolérés uniquement lorsqu'ils sont positifs.

Le service est très lent & le personnel n'est pas accueillant. L'ambiance n'est pas calme & les tables ne sont pas toujours propres. J'ai commandé une pizza & j'ai dû attendre environ 40 minutes avant d'être servi. Cette expérience n'a pas répondu à mes attentes.

Zero stars. My son's stomach still hurts. This is not real food in any way but highly processed factory stuff made to look like food. Trust me, make yourself a salad. My son is seriously sore from eating it. We got delivery. Nobody could touch it but we were so hungry we forced ourselves to eat it but that was a serious mistake. We threw out half of it.

Excellent makloub, très savoureux & bien garni. Le service était rapide & efficace. L'accueil était exceptionnel, le personnel est très sympathique, souriant & professionnel. On se sent vraiment bien reçu dès l'arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet établissement & j'y retournerai sans hésite
