Ordered the usual, 2 x Tuna Makloub in Trio. Called for pickup. They told me 10 to 15 minutes. Got their after 20mins. Paid for my order. Opened the box to verify, fries were missing from one. They said sorry & rectified it. Went back home, & tried the Makloub, took a bite & it was literally just bread & a slice of tomato some lettuce. No Tuna to be found. Checked my wife's as well. The same thing. Paid almost $42 for some bread & a slice of tomatoes. I have been a fan of Tifosi since they first opened, but the more success they get, the stingier they become. Unfortunately.
Impossible to get your order correctly. I've ordered multiple times from this location & kept coming. The first time, I picked up my order 1 coke was missing. At that point, I was already in my car & didn't feel like going back inside. The second time this happened, I politely that I had ordered 2 drinks not 1. I was being served by the daughter. The mom came, looked at my bill & just nodded adding another drink. No apologies, nothing. Finally, yesterday I ordered delivery through DoorDash, not only did it take up to 2 hours to deliver (now this is not Tifosi's fault), but my order came incomplete. 1 item was missing. Mind you this place is never packed, it's not like they're busy. It's can't be unintentional either if it's happened more than 3 times. Not a humble family. They just want your money. I prefer going to the location in Sainte-Rose. They always get the order right & customer service is excellent. Not coming back!
Very very tasty food I got a poutine québécois & my husband got a baguette farcie it was amazing, my only complaint is that it took an hour & a half for our food to be ready even though the restaurant was empty.

À chaque fois je dis fini pour tifosi, & je reviens pour donner une autre chance.
Mais pour cette fois-ci, je reviens plus pourtant c'était mon restaurant préféré qui me rappelle du bled!!!
La quantité est totalement changée, on reçois des petits portions.
La baguette farcie est rendue à la moitié !!!
Ma première expérience a été plutôt bonne. Mais ma deuxième, & bien sûr la dernière, a été mauvaise : le service était bon, mais la qualité de la nourriture était moins bonne qu'avant. & pire encore : le manque de propreté, l'odeur dans le restaurant & ces chaises collées aux murs, dignes des vestiaires d'une salle de sport.
The food & atmosphere was absolutely amazing & it was delivered on time. Prices are unbeatable & honestly a buck for your bang. You guys should try this out when passing by St Maxime school, really great reastaurant
