J'ai pris la spécial GSP & ce qui était spécial c'est qu'il n'y avait pratiquement rien dedans sauf 2-3 morceaux de viande ce qui reviens assez cher pour une pizza qui n'est pas plus savoureuse qu'une pizza congelé McCain. Le service a été très long & la propreté du restaurant en général était plutôt moyenne. Grosse déception.

J'ai commandé une pizza via l'application Pizza Salvatoré & j'ai effectué le paiement. J'ai reçu un message confirmant ma commande, donc tout semblait correct au départ.

Après avoir attendu plus longtemps que le délai prévu, j'ai consulté le lien de suivi envoyé, & j'ai été surpris de voir que ma commande avait été annulée sans aucune notification ni explication.

J'ai essayé de les contacter à plusieurs reprises, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Expérience très décevante. J'aimerais au moins comprendre la raison de cette annulation & qu'ils améliorent leur communication avec les clients.

J'ai téléphoné 20 minutes avant mon arrivée au restaurant pour la préparation de la pizza.
À 22 h 52.
En arrivant au restaurant à 23 h 08 la pizza n'était même pas préparé.
