Edit : suite à ce mauvais avis, Salvatoré m'a offert un crédit substantiel pour une prochaine commande, sans ça je n'aurais jamais commandé à nouveau, & à ma grande surprise j'ai eu une bien meilleure expérience cette fois-ci. Ma commande était exacte, est arrivé en 45 min (beaucoup plus raisonnable que le 2h de mes quelques dernières commandes) & la bouffe était chaude. Pour l'instant je remonte ma note à 3 étoiles, en experant que ça continue dans cette voie là!

2h avant de recevoir ma commande & c'était froid. Après 1h30 j'appelle la centrale qui me dit que c'est en route & que ça arrive, & je cite,'dans maximum 6 min'. Après 20 min c'est toujours pas la. Je rappel, on me transfert au resto & je tombe sur un employé qui a l'air de se foutre complètement de moi. Il me fait répéter genre 8 fois mon nom & mon numéro de téléphone pour essayer de trouver ma commande mais chaque fois il a l'air perdu & me met en attente pleins de fois, au bout de 10 min perdu au téléphone sans avoir de réponse (l'appel aurait dû prendre 1 min max) le livreur arrive enfin. Évidemment la bouffe est froide, ya fallu remettre la pizza au four. & c'est la 2e fois que je commande une croûte ultime alors que je reçois juste une croûte farcie ordinaire, rendu là faites juste enlever l'option...

C'est la 3e chance que je donne à Salvatoré après 2 expériences horribles & encore une fois un service exécrable, pu jamais je commande là...

hi this is first store i saw like this when i go to pick uber order i was having 1 st order they told me 20 minutes then i wait alot & i cancle the order then i got another one same then i cancle then i recive another i didnt accept they are lossing alot of customers they was more than 5 people working there i lost more then 1 hour please manage your staff & the front customers there was alot of people they went back the owner is lossing money & staaff dont care i work in pizza pizzaa for 3 years on week end we was just two cook there we never make situation like this thanks
