They have great food. When delivered they one time delivered a medium cold( not so hot) poutine & another time ordered a special poutine & got a regular one instead. Had to call the client service, they sent me a code & when I called them back to get the code i lost, they were not able to find any records in their system.

My recommendation, order & go pick it up & check to make sure your order is the right one & satisfy your expectations.

Update 2026-01-05
So we ordered again. Now our order (#70) was incomplete. I called customer service & we didn't receive any answer. I explained to the guy & he just put me on hold for 30+ minutes (see attached screenshot). This is disappointing. It's the second time we are having issue.
What should we do ? We are paying for full order, we are giving tips & they mess up the order & not giving any solution. We actually live 2 minutes from there. Literally less than a kilometer. Couldn't they just send what's missing ? No
So in the end we are not going to wait for what is missing.
It's only their reputation. Next time what ? No tip ? Unpack the whole food before paying ? It's the cooks fault or the drivers ?
Whatever it is, they didn't care.

La caissière ne savait plus où donner de la tête (Chapeau à elle selon les circonstances, un grand respect)

Par contre, celui avec la tuque Salvatoré tournait en rond sans aider la caissière qui répondait aux clients, coupaient les pizzas etc...

Celui qui faisait les pizzas était d'une telle lenteur que même un enfants de 12 ans aurait été plus rapide

Je crois fortement que cette succursale doit avoir une meilleure supervision pour l'organisation

Malgré tous, mon repas était satisfaisant

Équipe désorganisée, plus que 45min d'attente. L'application indique que la commande est prête, arriver au magasin elle n'est même pas lancer. J'ai commandé avec les croûtes garnies, ils ont oublié c'est moi qui les a rappelé lors de la préparation de la pizza.
