Les 2 dernières commandes ont eu toutes les 2 plus d'1h30 de retard sur les délais annoncés (malgré des délais déjà long de base). Les pizzas sont donc arrivées tiedasse & un peu dure. Très mauvais service. Dernière commande pour ma part. Édit: le service client à tout de même essayer de rattraper le coup en m'offrant un rabais d'une valeur supérieure au montant de ma dernière commande, le geste est apprécié.

Qualité de la pizza basse...déjà été meilleure. J'imagine qu'on fait des efforts lorsqu'on ouvre...ensuite on prend nos clients pour acquis & on réduit la qualité...Demander un pourboire pour un service au comptoir...ça, ça me dépasse :on nous demande de payer une partie du salaire des employés.
