Twice I went there twice the screw up my order First time they lost my order , segon time they did not made the right kind of pizza ordered , so I qive up there is plenty of Italien & very good pasta restaurant with better pizza 🍕 to Eat

Équipe désorganisée, plus que 45min d'attente. L'application indique que la commande est prête, arriver au magasin elle n'est même pas lancer. J'ai commandé avec les croûtes garnies, ils ont oublié c'est moi qui les a rappelé lors de la préparation de la pizza.
50 minutes d'attente à la succursale. Malgré une commande via l'application. Sur l'application, la pizza est prête,
mais en vrai , il n'avait même pas commencé la préparation.
Fausses publicités sur le site. Leur promotion qui se trouve dans la section coupon est mensongère. J'ai été dans le compte de mon copain pour voir les coupons & aucune section coupon.
Vraiment décevant!
J'avais des coupons physiques nous nous sommes déplacés pour notre commande mais si les coupons étaient réellement dans le compte nous n'aurions pas eu à nous déplacer.
Commande de pizza sans un ingredient. Ils ont fait une erreur en cuisine, ils ont mis l'ingrédient. Ils ont retiré l'ingrédient avec leur doigt & un gratoir après la cuisson... c'était juste un ingrédient non aimé, mais si c'est une allergie, c'est terriblement dangereux.
J'ai mentionné qu'ils devaient refaire s'ils font des erreurs que ça pourrait être grave... on m'a répondu ok. On ne peut pas jouer avec la santé...
