J'arrive à la caisse, la jeune dame ne me parle qu'en anglais & ne fait même pas l'effort de me servir en français… t'es au Québec pas en Ontario cocotte. Pis jcontinue dla répondre en français parce que c'est pas moi qui va m'arranger pour toi, sans parler de la misère à ce qu'elle me comprend pis que jla comprend. Mais bon, ça jcomprend chacun prend son temps à s'intégrer, mais tsé.. fait un effort quand même! C'est très décevant venant d'une entreprise québécoise comme Salvatoré. Aujourd'hui vous êtes tombé sur quelqu'un qui va pas aller plus loin, mais si vous avez le malheur de tombé sur un gros souverainiste pro loi 101…bonne chance!
The worst pizza place ever. I placed my order at 5:08 p.m. & have been waiting for nearly two hours without receiving anything. When I placed my order, the estimated delivery time was less than an hour.
I called several times to cancel, but no one answered the phone. I don't understand why some people go into business when they know absolutely nothing about it. Never again!
Maybe I'll get my pizza in 2026 if I'm lucky!
Pire service de lait de livraison de 1h 45 la bonne blague tu commande un plat tu le reçois le lendemain qualiter de service très MÉDIOCRE je comprend pourquoi il font de la publicité partout c'est escro BIEN LA DERNIÈRE FOIS AUE JE COMMANDE ICI
Went to the store & ordered at 6:46pm.
Was told 20 minutes.
Came back at the 20 minutes mark & the order wasn't even prepared. They ran to go do it.
When you tell the girl that it's not right how disorganized they are, she just stares blankly.
I hear them in the bag talking about order numbers that came after mine.
Make it make sense !
I haven't seen the pizza yet but I hope it's good. The reviews don't make me super hopeful.

J'ai commandé 50 minutes avant la fermeture & il n'ont pas fait ma commande. J'ai ensuite appelé avant la fermeture & ils ne m'ont pas répondu. Le service est outrant
Attendu plus de 2 heures, 2 HEURES pour la 3e fois. Encore la même raison, le system a planté, trop de commandes etc, y'a toujours une excuse… & quand on appelle c'est toujours « c'est en chemin, dans 1/2 heure ». Ça suffi, fini Salvatore Vimont!!! En plus nous sommes un groupe.
Après on va se plaindre qu'on supporte les chaines américaines. & bien au moins on attends pas plus de 2 heures…
Que dire du service au telephone… 30 min, 30 min. Quelle foutaise!!!!
We ordered food at 2am,I understand that it's late but you guys are open till 3am,we ordered expecting to get our food 30 minutes later(as told)& it never showed,we called to see if our order was on the way & the lady just said ya it should be there soon,we waited another 30 Minutes,never showed & still hasn't 2 hours later,if you didn't feel like doing the work or there was never any driver just say so ,don't make us wait on you as we would have just ordered from else where,it is disappointing:/& mind you it was 90$ order,thankfully not charged on a credit card loll
