The worst pizza place ever. I placed my order at 5:08 p.m. & have been waiting for nearly two hours without receiving anything. When I placed my order, the estimated delivery time was less than an hour.
I called several times to cancel, but no one answered the phone. I don't understand why some people go into business when they know absolutely nothing about it. Never again!
Maybe I'll get my pizza in 2026 if I'm lucky!

I have ordered many times from Salvatoré & have never been disappointed until today. Not only was my order incomplete, the pizza arrived lukewarm, the cheese a mass of congealed yellow rubber. According to the app they had oven issues on December 26th however I am not sure that they are quite fixed. The underside is quite done but the top not so much. I phoned the general number to mention my order was incomplete & was offered to wait for a delivery driver to become available or a 5$ voucher. I opted for the voucher. Still waiting for it...

The first time my family & I ordered, we had an ok experience. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza. It took really long to arrive & maybe the pizza was dropped because the cheese & pepperoni were slid entirely to one side. But the delivery person was friendly. & the taste of the pizza was good for this type of pizza. The second time we placed our order completely changed our opinion of this place. I was put on hold 4 times while trying to place my order. The person taking my order had me repeat several times in a very condescending tone what it was I was ordering. I know I have a strong anglophone accent. I admit I do, but I've also never had an issue ordering anything. Especially pizza which we order often & I always start my communication in French. The order was for a medium pizza half pepperoni, half just cheese. Not complicated. I repeated this several times. It was for a pick up. We picked it up 25 minutes later as we were asked to. The medium pizza cost $46. I didn't think of questioning the price when I placed the order because I have never paid extra for a half & half pizza before no matter the size or place. I usually just pay for the more expensive of the different toppings. When I got it home it was more of a 1/4 pepperoni & 3/4 cheese. For $46 plus tip. This is the day we vowed never ever to order from this place again.
