J'ai commandé sur l'application à 8:30 am pour une livraison à 11:30 am mais je ne n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. J'ai tenté de les appeler mais la ligne raccroche à chaque fois. Sur ma facture j'ai constaté qu'ils avaient cancellé ma commande à 11:00. Impossible de savoir la raison. Total manque de respect pour la clientèle.

Très mauvais service client, incapable d'obtenir la promo 2 pour 1. l'employé ne m'a été d'aucune utilité & a été très hautain avec moi. Je vous conseille d'aller a un autre, je prefere de loin celui de trois-rivieres!

Nous avons commandé le 23 décembre à 11h00 (& avons choisir livraison entre 12h15 & 12h45). Nous avons reçu notre pizza à 13h45. 2h45 pour se faire livrer une pizza c'est inacceptable. La fille au téléphone m'a dit être seul en cuisine & avoir seulement 1 livreur sur la route. 2 personnes pour faire rouler un restaurant. Ou sont les propriétaires dans ces cas là? C'est inacceptable comme délais. Ils se foutent royalement de leur client (& de leurs employés). Je vous déconseille cet endroit à tout prix.

Très déçue de ma dernière visite. Pizza vegetarienne avec des ingrédients enlevés à ma demande) trop dispendieuse (ça semblait un format bambino au lieu d'une small). Elle était également brûlée à différents endroits. Cela m'a coûté $26.69. J'étais allée il y a qq mois & vraiment, les choses ont changé pour le pire. C'est certain qu'ils viennent de me perdre comme cliente !!!

Made an order online at 11am to be delivered at my place of work for 12pm. Waited at the front gate for driver to show up. 12pm I called for an update as I only have 30 mins for lunch. Was told order was on its way, 5-10 mins away. 12:30 pm still no pizza. No calls from driver. Got home & called back at 5:45pm to ask about the pizza. Was told order was still on It's way & they dealing with delays. I was only offered 10$ discount. Needless to say I never had my pizza that day & service is horrible. Never ordering from Salvatore again.
