J'ai commandé une pizza, une frite & une rondelle ce soir. J'ai reçu des rondelles trop cuites tellement imbibées de gras que le sac était translucide. La pizza était froide. Voyons pour 45$ & une commande aussi simple je suis sur le cul. Jamais eu de problème avant mais la c'était abusé...

est-ce que c'est normal que votre temps dessus livraison affiche 45min mais que ca prend plus de 1h30 recevoir la commande ?!?

on s'entend que si votre délais affiché était de 1h30 je n'aurais pas perdu tout ce temps à commander chez vous & je serais allé à la pizzeria voisine …

Première fois que je commandais en ligne & je n'ai pas été capable d'appliquer mes coupons . J'appelle pour annuler (si la commande était pas commencer) &/ou recommencer ou juste faire appliquer le coupon ( parce qu'il y avait 50% de rabais sur une grande pizza) , le garçon qui m'a répondue était tellement arrogant que j'ai laisser faire . 👎🏼

Me faire dire qu'il est 3h quand il est 2h45.
Le cuisinier était déjà rendu à son auto. Quand je lui ai demandé, je croyais qu'il fermait à 3h, il m'a dit qu'il était déjà 3h.
Désormais cette année pour moi avec eux.
