The toppings we paid to add were not on the pizza. The other pizza was burnt. & the buffalo chicken was spicy not medium but im aware thats hard to prove, even though everything else was wrong. It was a 70$ order. Listen i understand mistakes happened but i called & waited 10minutes to try & rectify the order & no one answered. I work in hospitality & its fine making mistakes but its important to fix them moving forward.

Bonjour,

J'ai utilisé votre service la semaine dernière & j'ai bien apprécié la courtoisie du personnel, ce qui a rendu l'expérience agréable.

Cependant, j'ai été contraint d'être déçu du temps d'attente qui était d'environ 30 minutes. J'ai remarqué qu'il y avait plusieurs personnes clientes qui attendaient aussi, rendant la situation moins agréable.

Cela m'a rendu très inconfortable puisque j'avais un horaire à respecter & que cela pourrait influencer ma décision de revenir lors des périodes plus occupées.

Vous pourriez améliorer l'organisation du service afin de réduire le temps d'attente & aussi
offrir une meilleure expérience aux personnes clientes.

Nous avons commandé deux pizza hier soir , crout mince & double fromage , quand c arrivé, les deux étaient froid, & dure & brûlé, & pas de fromge & pas de goût…..
J'ai payer 58$ & j'ai donner 12 $ pourboire,
Je recommande a personne ce restaurant.

Jusqu'à present nous avons toujours été satisfait du service à ce restaurant. Par contre, notre récente & dernière commande à été vraiment un fiasco. Nous avons attendu 1 h 30 au lieu de 40 minutescomme nous le mentionnais le site. Quand nous avons enfin réussi à joindre de restaurant l'employé au téléphone, ne nous a même pas laisser placer un mot & a raccrocher. Le livreur est arriver 10 minutes plus tard & nous a traiter d'impatients & à répondu à mon conjoint' cest beau princesse. Honnêtement jamais nous n'avons eu quelque chose à dire sur ce restaurant, mais cette expérience fût la dernière pour nous. Jamais plus nous ne passerons de commande a cette endroit, nous ne recommanderons plus ce restaurant.
