I ordered a pizza, but it arrived very late & was cold. On top of that, the cheese was missing. I was told that the owner would review the issue & get back to me, but I still haven't received any response from the owner.

Il ne pouvait pas faire la croûte panne donc on m'a offert de me faire rembourser que j'ai accepté 1 semaine ½ plus tard aucune nouvelle quand j'appelle on me dis ces en traitement je comprends pas ce qui est dure de le faire en une semaine je m'ennuie du bon vieux temps où je payé le livreur a la place éviter de me faire fourrer de 70$
Merci de me rembourser & traiter la demande on plus vite

J'ai essayé trois fois de passer une comm via téléphone. Ils te mettent en attente & ils raccrochent après 30 secondes d'attente. Résultat… j'ai commandé ailleurs!

680 bd. du Séminaire, Saint-Jean.
Le stationnement est terrible, manque de places, difficulté à sortir des emplacements pour les petites voitures, donc je vous laisse imaginer pour les VUS & pick-up.
La gérante qui sort dehors pour me crier que je ne suis pas bien stationnée, qui me dit d'aller'me parker dans le fond à côté du container'. Je ne suis même pas capable de me faufiler jusqu'au fond du stationnement, mon VUS ne passe pas.
Un gros manque de respect & de civisme de la part de cette gérante qui ne devrait pas travailler avec le public. On ne crit pas après les clients.

I ordered a pizza today & when the pizza arrived, the delivery person just left it outside on the trash box meant for letters & flyers. He messaged me & just left. This was unprofessional!

The box had no safety seal! When I called them up, they said they put seals on Uber, Doordash, etc orders but not on direct orders in the restaurant. Why? How can we feel assured that nobody has tempered with the food?

The pizza was ok but the service was bad.
