This was a fun one took a order made online for a Poutine. Saw no option to give them a message, so i put the message in my name "*Poutine Sauce on the Side*, last name: NAME" Their bill only showed *Poutine sau, NAME* Knew this was going to happen 😆. Ask them to make me a new PoutineSauceOnSide, they said they couldn't. So i told them i couldn't pay for this then. They had the nerves to say this was my fault. 💬I did not take the blame, & said it's not your fault either. PIZZA HUT ONLINE'S FAULT. Guy tried to prove me wrong claiming there was an option online to give a note, BUT LIKE ME HE DIDN'T FIND ONE. 😎 I PAID my part of the order that didn't contain the Poutine Cost. This was silly on their part to me to not just simply remake the Fries. Ps: i got the soggy Poutine for free 🤣. Don't Play With Me! Part 2, the chicken strips here suck! Like burnt Toast. This is dog food, chew toy like.

C'est la seconde fois que je commande à cette succursale. Le temps annoncé pour la livraison est trompeur & il faut presque pourchasser sa commande de nourriture.
Je n'aurais jamais assez confiance pour payer d'avance, ni recommander en fait. Je peux comprendre que les délais de livraison soient longs. Mais le délai annoncé sur la page web doit être juste. Livrer après 16h, quand l'heure la plus tardive est 15h30, ce n'est pas acceptable. Même pas d'excuse, ni d'explication de la livreuse.
Je ne recommanderai pas la livraison, c'est certain.
Au mieux, j'irai la chercher ma commande moi-même.
