Ordered from this location straight from the Pizza Hut website, which gave a reasonable delivery window. Order status went through the process to'being packed' well within the window then stayed on'being packed' for nearly half an hour. Called to find out where my pizza was & magically, two mins later, I got a text that it was on its way & would get to me in 10 mins, which it did. While the person who answered the phone was kind, I got the distinct impression the pizza was just sitting there & have no idea how long it would have sat there if I hadn't called to inquire. Ultimately, the pizza arrived, was still hot & was actually quite good & not at all greasy. Would have just liked to have it half an hour earlier when the website said I would get it.

Ordered & got raw pizza dough( supposedto be pan pizza) , got stomachache & my child vomited the slice he had. Worst experience. They said the pizza was cooked & didn't want to refund. Will never order pizzahut again

I had a very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut. I had to call four times before anyone answered the phone, which took about 20 minutes. When someone finally picked up, the staff was rude & unhelpful. To make things worse, they told me they didn't offer delivery. Poor customer service, long wait times, & an unpleasant experience overall. Definitely not what I expected.

not the best pizza hut location whatsoever 😭got our WHOLE order wrong. we wanted PAN meat lovers & got canadian, PAN cheese lover & instead got HANDCRAFTED with cheese & some random small pizza instead of the boneless chicken wings. like okay
