Il y a une semaine j'ai fait une commande pour une école primaire. Près de 300$ de facture. J'ai appelé la veille pour m'assurer d'avoir la commande à l'heure.
Malheureusement, personne n'est arrivé porter notre commande. J'ai appelé à plusieurs reprises & la réceptionniste me mentionne que la commande est en route (elle n'a même pas pris la peine de regarder si notre commande était réellement en chemin).
Nous avons dû appeler encore plusieurs autres fois pour finalement parler à un responsable qui nous dit que le papier de la commande a été perdu (nous attentions déjà depuis 1h). Ils nous offre une pizza supplémentaire qui n'est pas du tout nécessaire.
2h après l'heure demandée la pizza arrive enfin. Au téléphone le gérant nous donne un montant de rabais (ridicule selon moi) mais le livreur nous dit que le montant du rabais est moins bas que mentionné étant donné que nous avions une pizza de plus (pizza que nous ne voulions pas).
60 enfants ont dû attendre leur pizza pendant 2h. Le rabais offert est ridicule considérant le nombre de mensonges qu'ils nous ont dit & le service au téléphone qui était execrable.
Par chance le livreur était extrêmement gentil & patient. Pas comme son patron qui ne comprend pas que le restaurant est responsable de ce genre d'événements.
Sérieusement ridicule.
