This is the perfect pizza for take out or delivery, we ordered online & it was delivered within the 45 min they said & it was freshly baked, still warm even during a very cold winter night. This is the second time we've had pizza charlevoix & both times have been satisfying. The veggie pizza is delicious!
At first, I had a frustrating experience with the delivery. The deliverer was unprofessional, which left me disappointed, so I left a negative review.
Shortly after, the manager reached out to me. He was very apologetic on behalf of the deliverer & took the time to listen to my concerns. He handled the situation professionally & made me feel heard, which completely changed my perspective.
Aside from that, the food is absolutely amazing! Because of this, I've decided to update my review to 5 stars. Thank you for your excellent customer service & great food!

Excellent spot to get some good food for a very affordable price! The location is situated nearby the metro station Charlevoix. The staff is nice & the restaurant has a vintage style to it. There is a few parking spots near by on the streets.

Been ordering from here for 15 plus years & realize I have never reviewed them. We probably get take out from here once a week or more, EVERYONE loves their pizza & kids love their poutine. They have alot more, lasagna, burgers & it is all good. Reasonable prices & always open. Friendly & quick service & if you want to eat there, it's comfortable too.
I liked the all-dressed pizza & the bacon cheeseburger. the bacon was the best halal one i ever tasted & the meat was good. I also like that they don't have multinational coca brands, try their salam cola ✌️
Good pizza, fast delivery, misleading marketing. Was explained by employee that: 2 for 1 is 2 pizzas for "one price", not the price of 1 pizza. There is in fact, no "2 for 1" deal at this restaurant. Don't get fooled folks!
