What happened to their Pizza 🥲 This used to be one of my absolute favorite spots, & I always raved about their pizza. But something has definitely changed. The sauce tastes different & the cheese now looks very white & barely melted, nothing like how it used to be in previous years. It makes me wonder if they've changed ownership or switched ingredients. I genuinely miss the quality they once had🥹Please bring back the original recipe !

I'm so thrilled to make the discovery of this pizza spot in Montreal. I now want to avoid going to any big chains & instead support this local place. The pizza is out of this world, My entire family loved it. My grandmother is a very picky eater & she will critic on everything & said this pizza is the best she's had in a very long time.
The cheese is one of my favorite parts as it stretches.
The ingredients & the taste of the pizza is very delicious.
I traveled from Laval to go all the way there to pick it up & I will do it again.

Their Charlevoix signature line is a standout, whether you go for the pizza or the poutine. Each bite is packed with flavour, & if you're a fan of that perfect cheese pull, you'll find it in abundance here. The dough? Just the right balance of crispy & chewy. The toppings? Generous & well-balanced. What takes things up a notch is their selection of sauces. With a variety of bold, tangy, & creamy options to choose from, there's always a way to customize your meal to your taste. Whether you're dipping, drizzling, or dunking, the right sauce makes every bite even better.
While the space itself could use a refresh, the food more than makes up for it. The service is friendly, & the deals are hard to beat. If you're looking for a no-frills, delicious takeout spot that delivers on taste, this is it. Highly recommended!

J'ai cessé de comander de ce restaurant PCQ: ( voir la saga, commencer par le bas ) Dernières nouvelles: j'ai reçu le trio de remplacement & la galette de viande, sur laquelle ils ont gentiment inclu l'étiquette du fabricant avec les ingrédients. Ils ont raison: il y'a du boeuf; & j'ai raison: ça goûte le burger végé. Premier ingrédient: boeuf. Ensuite, eau, chapelure de blé grillé, PROTÉINE DE SOYA, sel & extrait d'épices, oignons, ail. On s'entend, c'est pas juste une galette de boeuf De plus, je constate que ni sur le site ni sur le dépliant publicitaire ils n'indiquent que c'est 100% boeuf. Donc oui, la texture est un peu différente de celle d'une galette 100% boeuf, mais c'est comme une boulette dans un plat italien: y'a toujours autre chose que juste de la viande pour la rendre plus tendre. Bref, comme mon argument n'était pas du tout le goût mais bien la texture, & la quantité de sodium qui accompagne inévitablement les fausses viandes, j'ai décidé de ne plus commander à ce restaurant. Mais c'est une question de santé pas de goût . & puisque le service à la clientèle a été SUPER par mr Hussain, je leur redonne une étoile de plus. PS : je déteste toujours les frites, mais ça c'est une question de goût personel 🙂👍 Update: j'ai finalement parlé au gérant qui m'a dit que c'était la galette de boeuf Cardinal, & qu'il m'enverrais un trio en remplacement avec une galette de viande plus petite mais définitivement faite de boeuf. Il m'envoie aussi une galette de Cardinal congelée pour que je puisse comparer. Donc, suite à cette conversation, j'attend pour leur donner plus d'etoiles. Une chose est certaine: le gérant est bon au service à la clientèle. J'ai commandé au moins 8 fois. C'était super. Les deux fois où j'ai commandé le Burger Charlevoix, la boulette était faite avec soit du Impossible ou du Beyond burger. La première fois, ça passe: j'appelle, excuses & crédit sur la prochaine comande. Pas super fair, mais définitivement mieux que de me faire traiter de folle qui hallucine. Mais là après 2 fois, & après l'arrogance dans le ton & le refus de reconnaître même qu'ils ont un burger végé sur le menu, j'en ai marre. Je démissionne de Charlevoix. Sorry boys, one of you dropped the ball on oct 5 2021.
La pizza est excellente & tout simplement délicieuse ! Une combinaison parfaite de saveurs, une pâte savoureuse & des ingrédients de qualité. Un régal pour les papilles, je recommande vivement !
