It's a nice place & the fruit kazan tastes very good. I gave 2 stars not because of the products, but because of the customer service I witnessed yesterday evening.
A lady asked about something -I believe it was an item they don't sell-. When she turned her head, the staff members spoke badly about her. Unfortunately, she heard them. Our eyes met, & she looked embarrassed that I had heard it too.
She smiled at me with disappointment & said to her husband,'I don't know why this is so weird , I always get it from Mahrosseh because places like this usually make it themselves.'
I don't know exactly what her request was, but I really wish I could see this lady again just to apologize from their behaviour …. Please be nice & low your voices.
Crêpes délicieuses & bien garnies. La crème a un délicieux goût oriental, riche & authentique. Les cocktails sont frais & savoureux. Service agréable & ambiance sympa. Je recommande !
The owner was very kind & welcoming. The food was really good, & while we were waiting, he even gave us complimentary sweets, which was a lovely gesture. Loved the experience & will definitely visit again!
