Pigeon Cafe is an amazing place to get a coffee, sit down & relax. The customer service is excellent; everyone who works here is genuinely friendly, polite, & welcoming. The Food here will not disappoint. I very highly recommend Pigeon Café to anyone looking for a quality café experience.
i got served by an asian guy super good service, very positive attitude. my drink got served super fast, plus the effort dedicated to his work was professional & i highly recommend this place
Saturdays at this location are hectic, but I applaud the barista's for their quick & kind service. I was shocked to read Georgia Psycharis' review, since I was waiting in line during her childish outburst & noticed that she left out a crucial detail: her coffee was cold because she left to go shopping for half an hour & then proceeded to blame the barista (I assume from her review that the barista's name is Emma) for her cold coffee. When the barista tried to explain that she did make her coffee hot & on time & that the café's policy would not allow her to give her another coffee (after she wasted her previous coffee), Georgia persistently insulted & ignored her. The barista managed to remain calm & kind to her. If you are going to leave a review, at least tell the truth. Absolutely disgraceful behavior from Georgia!

I went today for a coffee & it was so good, I couldn't believe how nice the barista Emma was she was an absolute jem. She looked so tired & busy, I felt super bad if I had one problem maybe get her some help? I'd hire her as one of my baristas, great coffee.
Honestly so happy there's another option for a coffee shop in Laval, the coffee is good, but honestly the people working here are SO impolite. They have 0 customer service skills, it's a huge turn off. I ask how are you'good'. I say'thank you' they don't respond it's WILD. But they are so nice to each other behind the counter.
C'est extrêmement décevant comme place. La nourriture est correcte mais beaucoup trop dispendieux pour ce qu'ils offre. Le pire est le service. Une attente de 20 montures pour un smoothie lorsqu'ils y a deux employés. Les jeunes manque de leadership. L'ambiance ? Aucune ambiance. C'est un comptoir dans un magasin.
I usually hate coffee shops, but this one is different, hanging out at the pigeon is my favorite activity. The people there are so nice, the service is top notch & the food & drinks are exquisite! Almost had everything on the menu already :0

I was visiting from overseas recently & had the best coffee & they even put a cute koala on top & food was really nice & well put together. The staff were very friendly & polite. Highly recommend this place.

Tried to find a cafe to study at that was nearby, & found pigeon cafe, the coffee was good & the food was excellent, the service was also very good, I believe the employee's name was Corey & he was a polite man that provided excellent service
