About us
Welcome to Piatti! Italian cuisine and a wood oven...in a magical setting by Jean-Claude Poitras. We are open for lunch Monday to Friday and every evening. A large terrace in season and private rooms that can accommodate groups. A large parking lot at the rear of the restaurant.

First time back since the fire, nice looking place ,food nothing crazy nice présentation & nice atmosphere but ... Osso bucco no taste ,calamria to thin & not crisy, no taste , pasta garlic oil very good, For a hight end restaurant not impressed, there's better out there for the price your paying & service, staff to young to understand proper service for that type of restaurant ,service need improvement & the fact that they want us to order everything at the same time I felt rushed . Food was decent. The service not so. Forgot (not sure if the kitchen or the server) to place the order for the main dish. Waited for more than an hour after the entrees. Then they brought one dish at a time with more than 5 minutes between each. A real joke as the food is only half the experience if the service is poor.View more

The food was great. The place is nice. The staff are not so nice. Everyone had a chip on their shoulders or something. Especially the main guy that greets you. He actually made me feel like leaving as I walked in. It actually felt like a bunch of robots with superiority complex's.View more

2e visite en 2 mois. La première visite fut lors d'un anniversaire; nous avions une salle privée ainsi qu'un menu de groupe: nous avions eu un tres bon service & tout le monde fut servis en même temps. Les choix du menu de groupe étaient bien (pour tous les goûts!) & c'etait très bon. Notre 2e visite a été plus décevante. Nous étions 2 couples. Notre serveuse n'était pas du tout attentionnée à notre table. Une attente longue avant de pouvoir commander une bouteille de vin, encore une longue attente avant de pouvoir commander les entrées ainsi que les plats... elle n'est jamais repassé afin de s'assurer que tout était à notre goût. Un gros zero à notre serveuse Ariane. Désolé de ce commentaire mais nous sommes des habitués des restaurants & ce service était pathétique. Nous avons commandé une salade, des polpettes ainsi que les crevettes en entrée (tous très bons). Les repas principaux ont été plus décevants; tortellini ok, pizzas très ordinaires même un peu de brulé sur les croutes, les parpadelles étaient les pires que nous avons eu la chance de manger. Un gros merci à la jeune hotesse qui passait régulièrement pour remplir les verres d'eau avec un sourire; elle devrait être serveuse ;)View more

This was the perfect restaurant experience! First we came with no reservation on fathers day. I went in to ask if they had space for us because this was a last minute decision for us. Just me, my husband & our 3 year old daughter. Right from the get the staff was extremely warm & welcoming, making us feel like we belonged. The food was AMAZING! we had the New York pizza for our daughter & added pancetta because she was insistent on wanting bacon pizza & they were extremely accommodating. For my husband & I we had the Caprino pizza (goat cheese, kalamata olives & spinach) it was mouth wateringly delicious. We were amazed at how the staff moved around making sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. We never once had to ask for a refill of water as they had staff topping off our waters, never once letting our glass get empty which was fantastic! Our server was extremely friendly with not only us but also our daughter making her feel included in the experience. She even said she felt like a princess. The staff was knowledgeable, the food fresh & delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. Truly an amazing chef. We were discussing how much it would end up costing us, my husband saying $150 in total & I was saying $200. It ended up being around $125 & that is with 2 pizzas, wine & 2 desserts. Absolutely reasonable for the quality of food & service we received. All in all probably the best restaurant experience we have ever had & we will most definitely be returning & recommending to anyone who will listen.View more

June 11/2024 First time visiting this restaurant with reservations for a party of 8 (that includes one 4 year child). Our server was friendly but the wait time for our food was 2 hours (way too slow). The only food that came earlier was for the child (about 1 hour wait time). Our pasta dish was tasty but over salted. We also noticed some people coming in in after us that left before we even got our dessert. We had to send the bills back as they were incorrect. It's not a restaurant we would revisit anytime soon.View more

Après plusieurs commentaires positifs & recommandations de mon entourage, j'ai enfin décidé d'aller dîner chez Piatti à Rosemère. D'entrer de jeux, je n'ai malheureusement pas vu les indications sur le stationnement à l'arrière du restaurant. La réception lors de l'arriver au restaurant est impeccable & tout de suite on remarque un décors épurer & haut de gamme. Ce restaurant au décors du goût du jour est très invitant & convivial. La carte des vins, très généreuse offre des bouteilles pour tout les goûts. Nous avons commandé dans le menu dîner express (soupe/salade + pizza/pâtes/poisson + café). La soupe était excellente, mais je dois dire que j'ai été déçu de la pizza. Manque de goût dans la sauce & pâte de qualité moyenne. J'ai mangé dans plusieurs restaurants de pizza & cette pizza tombe un peu sous la moyenne en terme de qualité. Pour ce qui est du service : rapide, efficace & respectueux. En bref, je trouve ce restaurant d'une belle qualité en général, mais pour moi le ratio qualité/prix n'est simplement pas au rendez-vous. Je ne recommande pas.View more
