The food is good but not exceptional. I ordered the veal parmigiana but received chicken instead... was told veal & chicken was the same price. So I paid 40$ for chicken with a bit of pasta on the side. Disappointing. I was offered dessert as comp but even then the dessert was also very ordinary.

On our first visit almost eight years ago, we were impressed by the calm ambience & reasonable prices. Yesterday, we were happy to discover that you've preserved these winning ingredients. You clearly take your profession seriously with so many attributes such as a relaxing decor & a spotlessly clean establishment. The pasta was served piping hot but the veal liver was more sinewy than I expected. We look forward to returning soon.

This was our first time at the Piatti Pronti. Really enjoyed the experience & the service received. Food was on the higher range of our expectations & hopes. We simply loved it. Pricing is reasonable compared with others. Will undoubtedly return for more.
Excellent service, la nourriture est excellente ! Je recommande d'essayer les repas en table d'hôte. Ambiance calme.
Portions on the small side & very overpriced. I was with a large group & most had the same opinion. They need to refine their sauces as they are not great & the pastas they use are definitely frozen prior to cooking. At these prices, you would expect freshly made or freshly delivered to them. The decor is awful.
J'ai vraiment apprécié l' accueil de Sarah & à Yvan pour le service.
Le monsieur italien plus âgé est bien gentil malgré un humour, déplacé, lorsqu' on est d'une autre génération.... Comme la sienne. Nous sommes des clients pas un membre de sa famille.
Sarah est parfaite & tout ce qui est dit ne m'empêchera pas de revenir.

Très bon restaurant, la bouffe est excellente avec un service impeccable. J'y retournerai encore.
Le personnel est chaleureux! La nourriture est excellente. Rien à redire à part, c'était fantastique, j'y retournerai avec un grand plaisir.
Très bonne cuisine italienne, qualité constante, belle ambiance & excellent service.
Nous avions un groupe de 7 personnes & on s'attendais à un peu de délais mais le service était en fait très ponctuel & courtois, les choix abordables & les mets délicieux.
