Pho Bac was recommended to us by a friend.. Unfortunately, it is closed today, which is a Monday. Maybe try them tomorrow so we can compare the different essence of a true bowl of pho from different region. Ended up going to pho Bang across the street.

Sad to see another long-time institution close its doors. Chinatown won't feel quite the same - this is a real loss for the community.
