Review Summary

Petit Tokepi is widely regarded as a charming, intimate destination that offers an authentic and cozy atmosphere, making it a popular choice for dates and small gatherings. Visitors frequently praise the flavorful menu, with the bibimbap and various dumplings receiving particular acclaim for their high quality and generous portions. While most guests appreciate the warm, efficient service and the relaxed ambiance enhanced by gentle background music, some opinions on the authenticity of the fusion cuisine and pricing of certain beverages vary. Despite a few isolated concerns regarding cleanliness and the lack of reservation options, the general consensus describes the restaurant as a hidden gem that provides a consistent and satisfying dining experience.

The food is delicious. Service is good. The place itself is small, though they separate the space to give the illusion of intimacy for each table which was nice. Not a whole lot of options on the menu (lot of typically korean dishes werent offered) but all 4 of us were 100% satisfied with the food we received. Prices were good too. I would go back if i pass by there again.

There are better alternatives like Sopoong in the neighborhood for bimbimbap. The beef although was plentiful, was not flavourful. The chicken katsu dish was better than the bimbimbap. The atmosphere has a jazz & cozy feel.

We loved it! I don't know enough about Korean food to know if its really good Korean food or not, but it was delicious for us. We had imperial rolls, miso soup, a salad, the Korean BBQ, & bibimbap (the hot bowl with rice & veggies & meat & an egg). Yum!

One of the best bibimbaps I’ve tasted. I’m not a fan of bibimbap but this one converted me.

The tempura shrimp & the pork Tonkatsu weren’t winners (they were just ok) however, the bibimbap is truly worth a trip to the restaurant. The stone bowl kept the food hot all the way to the end.

Ended up here because another restaurant We wanted to try was closed. It was a good accident. The bento fried fish was good, beef bibimbap better. Loved the Kim chi. We sat outside under some plants & an umbrella. It provided some privacy form Monkland while still allowing people watching. Over all a nice experience & we would like to go back to sit inside & have the Korean BBQ. It looks really cool!
